LC Flow is not a depository bank, credit institution, or authorized foreign exchange dealer. We do not issue, confirm, or accept Letters of Credit ourselves; rather, our software helps commercial enterprises monitor documentary credits issued by licensed commercial banks and financial institutions.
While our discrepancy checking engine implements rules based on ICC Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP 600) and International Standard Banking Practice (ISBP 745), the final determination of documentary compliance remains solely with the designated examining bank. Users must consult qualified trade finance attorneys or authorized trade bankers for formal legal opinions.
