We process collected data exclusively for the following lawful business purposes:
- Provisioning your Letter of Credit lifecycle monitoring, status notifications, and UCP 600 compliance calculations.
- Sending transactional email verification codes (OTP) and critical discrepancy alert notices via SMTP.
- Processing subscription billing through authorized payment processors (Stripe, PayPro).
- Complying with statutory anti-money laundering (AML), countering financing of terrorism (CFT), and sanctions screening requirements.
